Scheme Overview

The Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 offers flats across four categories—Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low-Income Group (LIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), and High-Income Group (HIG). The flats are located in Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur. This scheme is open to all Indian citizens aged 18 years and above, with allotments made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Flat Distribution and Pricing

The distribution of flats under the scheme is as follows:

Narela:
• EWS: 694 units
• LIG: 5,384 units
• MIG: 386 units
• HIG: 226 units

Loknayakpuram:
• LIG: 150 units
• MIG: 96 units

Siraspur:
• LIG: 564 units

Pricing details vary based on location and category. For instance, LIG flats in Siraspur are priced between ₹13.3 lakh to ₹13.6 lakh after discounts. In Loknayakpuram, LIG flats range from ₹20.24 lakh to ₹21.35 lakh, while MIG flats are priced between ₹1 crore to ₹1.046 crore. In Narela, prices span from ₹10 lakh for EWS units to ₹1.47 crore for HIG units.

Discounts and Booking Details

DDA is offering attractive discounts ranging from 15% to 25% on the flats:

• 25% discount on LIG flats in Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, and Narela
• 15% discount on EWS, MIG, and HIG flats in Narela
• 15% discount on MIG flats in Loknayakpuram

Registration for the scheme began on May 20, 2025, with flat bookings opening at 12:00 PM on May 27, 2025, and closing on August 26, 2025. Interested applicants can register and book flats through the official DDA portal.

To enhance user experience and transparency, DDA has introduced a dedicated chatbot service for housing schemes. This service provides 24/7 assistance on housing schemes, applications, and allotment queries, ensuring better communication and public transparency.
